Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development
Antoine serves as Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Development and is responsible of the coordination of the implementation of SUEZ North America strategic initiatives, as well as developing business opportunities. He has more than 19 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry with expertise in the operations and management of complex projects, business development and performance management in multi-cultural environments.
Before being named Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development, Antoine was Vice President of Performance and Strategy Coordination. Among other responsibilities in that role, he coordinated the design and implementation of SUEZ North America SPOT 2020-2023 performance plan, the definition of SUEZ North America Four Strategic pillars - Culture and Reputation, Customer First, Mastering Operations, Selective and Profitable Growth – and the action plans that support their delivery.
Antoine holds two masters degrees, one in Utilities Management from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris, and one in Business Administration from University of Michigan, obtained while he was project manager of our West Basin contract in El Segundo, CA.
Since first interning as a financial analyst for SUEZ in Paris in 2001, Antoine has worked on five continents in water and wastewater management. His assignments have included working as a representative for Hydroconseil in Mali and Mauritania; manager of technical support for Veolia Water in China; project manager for SUEZ in France and Australia; as operations manager, project manager, director of business development for SUEZ in the United States; and prior to his current role as Vice President of Performance and Strategy Coordination across North America.
