Martin Falkenberg serves as senior vice president of human resources and environment, health, security and safety for SUEZ in North America, a subsidiary of SUEZ. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources and health and safety strategies and programs.
Martin has over 25 years of experience and a proven ability to lead large scale and dramatic change, transforming, motivating and developing teams, successfully integrating processes and staff with business strategy.
Prior to joining SUEZ in North America, Martin served as vice president of human resources for Groupe SEB, a French company specializing in small domestic equipment. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of sales, business development and human resources positions for Nestle Waters.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree in labor relations from Cornell University, and a Certificate of senior human resources leadership from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
