At SUEZ, we value our employees and recognize how critical licensed operators are to our business.
Our Licensed Operator Program rewards employees for dedicating their valuable time to develop their skills and increase their knowledge in order to obtain a license, or higher-level license, that’s beneficial to our business.
Upon achievement of various eligible licensing levels, participants receive a recognition incentive payment. In addition, SUEZ will assist with the expenses incurred in obtaining and maintaining the license. This program works in conjunction with our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Eligibility for the program must be approved by SUEZ. Certain restrictions apply.
